The floor plan for our basic model. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1250 sqft Earthship/Monolithic dome.
The Biotechture sustainable home design is round for a number of reasons.

1 Here in TX the heat is the enemy so we limit the amount of windows.
2 The dome is MUCH stronger then any other roof structure.
3 The dome is also much cheaper then other roof structures.
4 The dome is insulated very well.
5 The dome surface area is 2 times that of a flat roof and will collect more rain water.
6 The speed and labor of the construction is 5 times faster then a traditional roof design or a Vega style roof.
lt="" 7 These domes are hurricane, tornado, earthquake and fire resistant.

In conjunction with an Earthship under it the insulated dome is FAR superior to a metal roof.
This is still partiality an earthship. It is just better.
This design can be adapted to any climate and will out preform any structures on the market.
The total cost of the materials for the Biotecture Sustainable Home is Around $20,000.00 to $30,000.00.

Our price for Design, labor and materials per sqft is $60 to $70 per sqft.

Fees:
Consultation fee is $200 per day plus travel and lodging costs.

Basic house design drawings 1200 sqft two bedroom one bath are $800.00. Custom design drawings are $1500.00

1000 gallon fully functioning aquaponics system with green house. $17,000 to $25,000 depending on location and other factors.

Geodesic Green house drawings and kit $1700 plus shipping.

Permaculture design is $600 per day plus travel and lodging.

All payments must be received two weeks or 10 buisness days before the date of service.
